Deleting your data

You can remove Loopline's access to your Facebook and Instagram accounts, and the data it keeps, at any time.

Disconnect in Loopline

Open Channels and click Disconnect next to Facebook or Instagram. Loopline deletes the access token right away and can no longer post for you.

Remove Loopline in Facebook

In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find Loopline, and click Remove. This also stops Loopline from using your accounts.

Delete everything

Sign in and open Your account, then Delete my account. Loopline deletes your login and every workspace only you are in, with all its data (posts, photos, videos, contacts, leads, messages and connected accounts), right away.

Can't sign in? Email support@loopline.si from the address you signed up with. We confirm and finish the deletion within 30 days.
