Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Loopline, operated by Culman Brothers LLC (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Loopline helps businesses plan, check and publish content and keep track of leads. It is in early access: features change, and we may add, change or remove them.

Your account

Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You're responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what people you invite do.

Your content

You own what you put into Loopline. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only as needed to run the service for you, for example to post it to the accounts you connect. You're responsible for having the rights to what you publish and for following the rules of the platforms you post to, including Meta's terms and community standards.

Loopline's checks (such as brand rules and red-flag escalation) are tools to help you; they don't replace your own review, and Loopline doesn't give medical, legal or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

Don't use Loopline to send spam, mislead people, break the law, or try to get into other people's data.

Other platforms

Facebook, Instagram and other platforms are run by other companies. They can change or limit their services, and we aren't responsible for them.

Free trial and plans

Each new workspace starts with a free 14-day trial. We don't ask for a card, and the trial doesn't turn into a paid plan by itself. When it ends, posting and automations pause until a workspace owner chooses a plan; your data and incoming messages are kept.

Paid plans renew automatically. A plan is billed monthly, in US dollars, at the price shown on the Billing page when you choose it, and renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time online, from Billing → Manage billing; the plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for and then isn't renewed. Except where the law requires otherwise, we don't refund partial months. Payments are processed by Stripe. If we change a price, we'll tell workspace owners by email at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

Ending your use

You can stop using Loopline at any time, and delete your account and the workspaces only you are in from Your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Loopline is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
